These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all sales concluded on the website www.alachassebordel.com.

The micro-enterprise "À la chasse bordel!" markets the following products: Clothing and accessories.

The customer declares that they have read and accepted the general terms and conditions prior to placing their order. The validation of the order constitutes acceptance of the general terms and conditions.

"À la chasse bordel!" has its registered office in the town of LAVENTIE 62840 and is registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Arras under the number 881 923 569 under the following name "À la chasse bordel!".

"À la chasse bordel!" offers for sale clothing and accessories that convey its values related to aviation.

Article 1: Purpose - These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between the online store "À la chasse bordel!" (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") for the sale of clothing.

Article 2: Orders - The Customer can place an order on the Seller's website. Any order constitutes an express and irrevocable acceptance of these GTC. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order. The Seller also reserves the right to refuse any order that raises issues of feasibility: orders with a quantity of items exceeding its production capacity (50) or when the design of a creative piece (Inspire) is unachievable or does not meet the brand's quality requirements. However, the matter of feasibility (and, therefore, the refund if the order is placed) is subject to the Seller's discretion.

Article 3: Products - The products offered for sale by the Seller are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, in case of errors or omissions, the Seller's responsibility cannot be engaged. Product photographs are not contractual.

Article 4: Prices - The prices displayed on the Seller's website are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT). Delivery costs are additional and are indicated before order validation. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order. For currency conversions, the price will be based on the euro.

Article 5: Payment - Payment for the products is made by credit card. The Seller ensures payment security through SSL encryption systems. The Customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.

Article 6: Delivery - The ordered products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. The delivery time is indicated on the Seller's website. In case of delivery delays, the Customer can cancel their order and be refunded. The Seller cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delivery delay. Furthermore, this timeframe should not be taken into account for limited collections, the start of deliveries for which will be clearly stated on the description page of the said limited collection.

Article 7: Right of Withdrawal - In accordance with current regulations, the Customer has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal from the receipt of the order. The products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, with all possible accessories. The Seller will refund the Customer within 14 days from the receipt of the returned products if the previously mentioned conditions are met. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Cases of withdrawal apply to incorrect sizes or disinterest in the product. The return of the product will only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions...) for resale as new. This applies only to t-shirts and caps.

Article 8: Warranty - The Seller guarantees the products sold against any non-conformity or manufacturing defect. In the case of a defective product, the Customer may return it to the Seller, who will either refund or exchange it. Return costs are the responsibility of the Seller.

Article 9: Liability - The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial, or bodily, that may result from the improper use of the products sold. The Seller cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages to the Customer or a third party due to the use of the products sold.

Article 10: Intellectual Property - The content of the Seller's website (text, photographs, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, use, or modification, in whole or in part, of the content of the website, without the prior written authorization of the Seller, is strictly prohibited. The name "À la chasse bordel!" and the associated logo are protected and registered with the INPI, whose register is available to everyone.

Article 11: Personal Data - The Seller collects personal data from the Customer, especially during the order process. This data is necessary for order processing and is intended for internal use by the Seller. The Customer has the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete their data, in accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law.

Article 12: Complaints - Any complaint related to the sale of products must be sent to the Seller by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 7 days of receiving the products.

​

Article 13: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction - These GTC are subject to French law. Any dispute related to the sale of products will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

​

Article 14: Modification of the GTC - The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The GTC in force are those at the time of the order. Customers are invited to regularly consult the GTC on the Seller's website.

Article 15: Delivery - Delivery refers to the transfer of physical possession or control of the product to the consumer. The products ordered are delivered according to the conditions and timeframes specified when ordering. Products are delivered to the address provided by the buyer on the order form, and the buyer should ensure its accuracy. Any package returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense. Upon request, the buyer may receive an invoice at the billing address rather than the shipping address by selecting the option provided for this purpose on the order form. If the buyer is not present on the day of delivery, the delivery person will leave a notice in the mailbox, indicating where and when the package can be picked up. If, at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn, or open, the buyer must check the condition of the items. If they are damaged, the buyer must refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip (refused package due to being open or damaged). The buyer should also indicate on the delivery slip, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by their signature, any anomalies concerning the delivery (damage, product missing compared to the delivery slip, damaged package, broken products, etc.). This verification is considered as having been carried out as soon as the buyer, or a person authorized by them, signs the delivery slip. The buyer must confirm these reservations by registered letter to the carrier no later than two working days following receipt of the item(s) and send a copy of this letter by fax or regular mail to the seller at the address provided in the legal notices on the website. If the products need to be returned to the seller, a return request must be made to the seller within 14 days following delivery. Any claim made outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Article 16: Delivery Errors - The Customer must report a delivery error on the same day as the delivery or no later than the first working day following the delivery. Beyond this time, the claim will be rejected. The request must be made to the following email address: shopalachassebordel@hotmail.com. Any claim not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the timeframes specified will not be taken into account and will release the seller from any liability towards the buyer.

Article 18: Language - These general terms and conditions of sale are written in French. If they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text will prevail in the event of a dispute.
